When Will I Receive My Photos & Videos?

We do our best to deliver all photos and videos within 1 month of your wedding, but we are contracted 1-3 months, in case your wedding takes place in the busy season.

How do I Receive My Photos and Videos?

Both photos and videos are delivered digitally. For photos, you will receive a complete online gallery. On this gallery, you will be able to view all of your photos, download them, and order prints. Your Video Gallery will be delivered via a password protected link to an online collection. Here you will be able to watch your wedding videos, and download them directly to your computer for safe keeping.

What About Drone Footage?

We LOVE flying our drone at weddings! We will fly anytime we can, venue/weather permitting! (Note: we do NOT fly during the ceremony. Typically we only use the drone while we get establishing shots and during portrait time).

How Many Shooters Will Be At My Wedding?

The number of shooters at your wedding depends on the number of services you book with us. For our full day (8 hour) photo/video package, we typically bring one lead photographer, one lead videographer, and one second shooter/assistant

What If It Rains?

We come prepared for all kinds of situations. We bring rain jackets, clear umbrellas, and have weather sealed equipment. Sometimes rainy weather makes for the best shots. If you are down to be adventurous, we are too!

My wedding is at night, can you still capture it?

YES! We have done quite a few outdoor weddings at night, or even indoor weddings in low light situations. We bring lighting, and have great equipment to help us create stunning images, even in the dark! Plus, night time portraits can make for some of the most beautiful!

Can I select the music for my wedding film?

Unfortunately, no. Due to strict copyright laws, we can’t use your favorite song by Ed Sheeran. With that said, we do pay attention to the music you play during your ceremony and at your reception, and handpick music that you will love. The music we select is meant to enhance the visuals we have captured, and to help tell a story in a timeless and relevant way. We legally license all music that we use for our films!

What if I need extra coverage for my day?

Extra hours are available, but limited to the discretion of our team. If your day is scheduled well, most of the time 8 hour coverage will be PLENTY for our team to capture all the great moments! And not to worry, we are here to help guide you in planning out how much time is needed for our team to properly capture your day!
